The Caraa Repair Shop aims to restore your bag’s functionality and prolong its lifespan. While our talented craftsmen and seamstresses can restore your bag to its best condition, there is a possibility that the repair may alter your bag’s appearance depending on the severity of the damage. All repairs are done by local craftsmen by hand and with different tools than the original manufacturing pipeline, therefore slight cosmetic variations are within the norm. Repairs will be shipped back to you within 7 days of receipt. Bags repaired by the Caraa Shop are subject to the same warranty policy of 12 months of factory defect coverage.
