Love the Bag but sent the wrong bag twice!
The bag itself is great! I have two and bought my mother one for Christmas. The last two times I have ordered, I have ordered - and paid for - a medium and been sent a Small (marked as a medium) from them. Need to watch what's going into their shipments more carefully and buyers - make sure to measure if you're in doubt at all.
