Don't bike, live in Singapore but got this for a trip to europe as a handy water resistant bag that can be zipped up tight to keep multiple phones + wallet + hotel card key etc during my recent trip to europe. It survived a snowshoeing hike whilst it was snowing heavily and kept my phone dry and was just the perfect weight while being sufficiently robust / hardy for a night out at the piano bar too! Definitely stylish enough to pair with a smart casual outfit. Definitely a steal especially if you can get it at a discount!
